HOW TO MAKE A PERFECT FRIED EGG
INGREDIENTS

seasonings
RECIPE
First heat the oil in a non stick pan about 1/2 cup. To know if it is hot enough put the egg inside if it immediately starts to bubble you can crack the egg inside but if not just wait a little longer.
Once your done, gently crack your egg inside. It should start bubbling and puffing.
Let it sit for 30 to 45 seconds until the edges are a crispy golden brown. If you would like a runny yolk take it out as soon as the edges are the crispy golden brown but if you like the yolk to be a bit more hard like a boiled egg then slowly add some hot oil on top and let it sit.
Make sure you fry it on both sides to get that delightful edges on both sides.
Once it's cooked to your liking, take it out and let the excess oil drain on to a paper towel.
To finish plate it up and sprinkle whatever seasonings you like on top and enjoy (i prefer salt).
TIPS
Make sure you use room temperature eggs as they fry better
Don't cook more then 1 egg at a time for the best egg
